We want you to love your skincare purchases from milkandhoneyskin.co.nz. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) once we’ve confirmed the issue.
Allergic Reactions or Unsuitable Products
Skincare is personal, and reactions can happen even with the best products. If you experience an adverse reaction or the product simply doesn’t suit your skin, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt.
We’ll discuss your concern and may offer:
- A replacement with a more suitable product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Important:
- Products must be at least 75 % full and in resalable condition
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
- We may ask for photos or request the product be returned for assessment

- Products used beyond a reasonable trial amount
- Items without original packaging or hygiene seals broken
