Welcome to [Milk & Honey Skin Clinic] ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website www.milkandhoneyskinclinic.co.nz, booking system, online store, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information for bookings, purchases, or accounts.

2. Services and Products

  • We offer professional skin treatments (e.g., DMK Enzyme Facials, Dermapen4™ Micro-needling, LED therapy, Cosmelan/ Dermamelan peels) and retail skincare products (e.g., home-care kits).
  • Treatments are performed by qualified professionals. Individual results vary; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • Products are for external use only. Follow instructions and patch-test as advised. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.
  • We may refuse service or sales at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Appointments

  • Bookings depend on availability.
  • Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost.
  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness, weather).

4. Payments

  • All prices are in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Afterpay.
  • For packages/memberships, deposits and instalments are generally non-refundable except as outlined in the specific plan or under NZ law.

5. Intellectual Property All content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. No unauthorised copying or use.

6. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other NZ law:

  • We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months (or the value of the goods/services, whichever is lower).
  • Nothing limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

7. Indemnification You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
